Senior🎓
Top SchoolChris Kelley is a senior full-stack mobile application developer with 14 years of professional experience building offline-first, data-driven health information systems for governments and NGOs. Based in West Hollywood, he specializes in Android and single-page web applications using Angular, React/Backbone, PouchDB/CouchDB, and Node.js, and has a deep background in systems administration and remote networking. For two decades he has designed and deployed large-scale clinical record systems across Africa — most notably the Zambia Electronic Perinatal Records System (ZEPRS) that manages over 350,000 patient records. He combines field-tested engineering (fingerprint-enabled Android clients, custom Cordova plugins, 3G deployments) with backend integrations that bridge CouchDB to Postgres for reporting and data quality. Comfortable taking projects from hardware and network setup to production software, he thrives on pragmatic open-source solutions in resource-constrained settings. His uncommon strength is translating complex public-health workflows into resilient, offline-capable software used at the point of care.
