Senior🎓
Top SchoolChris Schindlbeck is a DevOps engineer with 10 years of experience combining robotics research and production-grade cloud and CI/CD engineering. Based in Hanover, he has moved robotics systems from prototype to production while deploying ML (including reinforcement learning) pipelines to Kubeflow on Kubernetes and managing AWS-based cloud infrastructure. His background spans embedded C/C++ for guidance and control, Python computer-vision work for autonomous driving, and ROS/ROS2 integration—skills that make him fluent across edge, cloud, and orchestration layers. He holds advanced technical training including a Dr.-Ing. focus in Robotics/Optics and EXIN certifications in Scrum roles, blending deep academic rigour with practical team leadership. Currently at LYNQTECH after a multi-year DevOps role at IAV, Chris is particularly adept at turning complex robotics and ML workflows into repeatable, testable CI/CD pipelines. A less obvious strength is his long history as a lecturer and supervisor, which underpins clear communication of complex systems to engineers and stakeholders.
