Top SchoolChris Trewin is a Principal product and technology leader with 11+ years in software delivery at Telstra, currently driving the Developer Platform and monetised API products like Scam Indicator, Sim Swap and Messaging. He combines hands‑on engineering, cloud expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP, and modern architectures to rapidly prototype and deliver production value—once shrinking a 9–12 month, 20+ person estimate to a 5‑month, 6‑person delivery with customer value in three weeks. A strong mentor and coach, he received Telstra’s Annual Excellence Award for guiding the Quantium Telstra JV to launch the Scam Indicator API that helps protect Australians from fraud. Chris also co‑founded a not‑for‑profit platform (Tikki Global) and brings repeated experience designing reusable technical patterns and blueprints to reduce tech debt and simplify security and architecture engagements. He is equally comfortable leading cross‑functional engineering and data science teams and rolling up his sleeves to design, develop, and review core platform components. Based in Melbourne, he pairs product-minded delivery with pragmatic cloud-native engineering to turn complex problems into secure, scalable outcomes.
