Top SchoolChristian Genco is a seasoned founder and CTO with 14+ years of software experience and two decades of practical engineering background, now focused on turning AI hype into measurable business impact. As co-founder of GXB.VC and founder of Fileinbox, he designs and implements 90-day, production-grade AI solutions for companies without IT departments, often automating customer support and operational workflows end-to-end. He combines hands-on software delivery with strategy-driven ROI assessments—working portfolio-wide for private equity and directly with small businesses—from remote engagements to on-site Dallas consultations. Unusually for a founder, his approach centers on watching how teams actually work and then building bespoke automation that replaces manual data entry and email triage, rather than selling generic tools.
