Summary
👤
SeniorChristian Jorgensen is a seasoned System Administrator and application developer with over three decades of hands-on experience on IBM i platforms, complemented by strong Windows, Linux, and virtualization skills. He has a proven track record designing integrations that bind DB2 for i, MS SQL, MySQL and external services—implementing webservice clients in ILE RPG and Java-based connectors to Google Apps. Christian has managed IBM Power servers, VMware and PowerVM environments, and overseen network and UC deployments with Cisco gear, often combining infrastructure, database administration and disaster recovery planning. Comfortable leading small teams and owning financial responsibility, he brings practical delivery experience from retail and media environments to music industry operations in Copenhagen. A detail-minded technologist, he’s equally adept at low-level iSeries system programming and higher-level cross-platform integrations that extract extra business value from legacy systems.
