Senior🎓
Top SchoolChristian Kaatz is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of hands-on experience building and running ISPs, data centers, and complex network operations from Paraguay to Berlin. He founded and grew an ISP into Go! Internet, managing ASN, IPv4/IPv6 pools, BGP, OSPF, MPLS and GPON deployments, and later directed data center operations and multidisciplinary teams at Penguin Group. Comfortable in both field-level hardware (microelectronics lab, mining rigs, OLTs) and enterprise tooling (Zabbix, Graylog, PhpIPam), he also teaches blockchain and mining topics through Penguin Academy bootcamps. A pragmatic problem-solver with Cisco and MikroTik certifications, he blends operational rigor with an interest in the economics of technology (Austrian school) and a curiosity for emerging systems like Lightning Network. Now as VP of Technology at STAK Energy, he’s focused on scaling resilient infrastructure and bridging telecom-grade networking with next‑generation energy and mining operations.
