Senior🎓
Top SchoolChristian Kölle is a seasoned DevOps engineer based in Zurich with over 14 years of hands-on experience building and operating enterprise IT systems. He has a deep background in Java/JEE, enterprise architectures and requirements engineering, shaped by long tenures at SWITCH Internet Domains and sd&m across two decades. Transitioning into DevOps at Hostpoint, he combines developer sensibilities and architectural rigor to improve reliability, automation and delivery pipelines. Christian’s career reflects continuity and institutional knowledge—he often stays long-term to evolve systems rather than rewrite them. He holds a doctorate in chemistry, an uncommon academic path that speaks to analytical depth and disciplined problem-solving applied to software engineering. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic, architecture-first decisions that bridge legacy systems and modern operational practices.
