Top SchoolChristian Martínez is a Senior Consultant and hands-on software engineer with a decade of experience designing scalable systems across biotech, fintech, logistics, civil engineering, and research. He blends software architecture and technical leadership with active coding—leading cloud-native, event-driven platforms, mobile (Flutter) products, and AI-assisted developer workflows. He has repeatedly built engineering teams and internal delivery capability from scratch, cut infrastructure costs through cloud migrations, and launched payment and IoT-enabled SaaS products across LATAM. Christian drives measurable impact (e.g., boosting sprint throughput and automating documentation via AI tools) while owning end-to-end technical strategy and stakeholder alignment. Based in Mexico City, he seeks Staff Engineer, Tech Lead, or Software Architect roles where technical depth, mentorship, and pragmatic innovation intersect.
