Senior🎓
Top SchoolChristian Persson is a CTO and co-founder with nine years of experience building high-performance data and machine learning platforms for retail and deep tech. At Sift Lab he turned over a decade of complex-systems research into production-grade clustering and ML pipelines that convert large customer data streams into real-time KPIs, automated actions and interactive visualizations. He pairs hands-on engineering—from variable-order Markov models developed as a research engineer—to product leadership, ensuring algorithms remain computationally feasible at scale. As a serial founder he also co-runs a niche executive search practice for life sciences, biotech and deep tech, bringing recruiting and operational insight to early-stage teams. Based in Gothenburg with an MSc in Engineering Physics, he blends rigorous academic technique with pragmatic startup execution and a clear focus on making data-driven decisions directly actionable.
