Summary
👤
SeniorChristian-peter Heimbach is a founder and company director with nearly two decades in the games industry, combining marketing instincts with hands-on software engineering leadership. He founded Actioncy Tech in London to help studios augment engineering teams, drive digital transformation, and build scalable game-adjacent products. Previously COO at DataTiger, he was part of the core team that scaled real-time, billion-event marketing orchestration and achieved a successful exit to Apple in 2018. His career spans AAA and indie publishing and engineering roles at NCsoft, Warner Bros., Hello Games, Hi-Rez, and Epic Games, giving him rare cross-disciplinary fluency. A humanist leader, he prioritises people-first teams that learn continuously while shipping high-quality solutions. He remains an avid learner—coding daily on GitHub while running his business and soliciting feedback to improve.
