Top SchoolChristian Posse is a senior AI and data leader with 11+ years in executive roles and a 25+ year career building large-scale ML, search, and recommendation systems across ServiceTitan, Salesforce, Google, and LinkedIn. As VP of Data and AI at ServiceTitan he’s translating generative AI into actionable products for the trades, launching dozens of LLM-powered features and architecting next-gen Snowflake + Azure ML platforms to operate them at scale. Previously he led Einstein and Search AI at Salesforce and built hiring and talent-relevance algorithms at Google Cloud, combining deep statistical training (PhD) with hands-on product delivery. Early research and R&D roles gave him a rare blend of academic rigor and pragmatic systems design, from information extraction and semantic search to production recommender pipelines. He also contributes at the code level to open-source tooling—maintaining an Android AspectJ Gradle plugin—illustrating that he stays hands-on with engineering details. Based in Seattle, he’s known for turning complex data science into revenue-driving, user-facing features for large enterprises.
