Senior🎓
Top SchoolChristopher Celaya is a research founder and principal researcher blending eight years of industrial electrical engineering with advanced AI, blockchain, and civic-tech development to build resilient infrastructure for human capacity and border communities. He founded Celaya Solutions Research, delivering systems like a 37-agent Cognitive Life OS, a 14-agent manufacturing intelligence platform, and a pacemaker-biometrics-on-chain proof that drew NYT Texas bureau interest. Comfortable from switchgear rooms to multi-agent architectures, he applies systems thinking across physical critical infrastructure and cognitive optimization. His portfolio includes production RAG pipelines ingesting 500 GB of archival documents, cryptographic municipal notarization, and developmental AI with interacting emotional-memory networks. Christopher values long-term infrastructure over exits, conservatively valuing his research instruments at $3M–$6.1M (COCOMO II) and positioning work as durable public goods rather than products. Based in El Paso, he invites collaboration on civic tech, AI for human enhancement, and systemic change at the border.
