Top SchoolChristopher Hotchkiss is a product-focused technology leader with 15 years of experience designing and delivering secure prepaid and stored-value payment systems for large financial institutions. As Product Director at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City he blends product vision with hands-on architecture, risk analysis, and low-level coding to run a distributed offline smartcard program used in mission-critical environments. He’s repeatedly led large cross-functional teams through complex migrations, platform rewrites, and regulatory-driven transformations at the Federal Reserve and JPMorgan Chase, improving operational resilience and accelerating delivery through CI/CD and agile practices. Known for translating stakeholder needs into pragmatic technical roadmaps, he pairs vendor and budget management with deep security and compliance expertise. Based in Seattle, Christopher’s background in MIS and long tenure in closed-loop payment systems give him a rare mix of product strategy, operational leadership, and implementation depth.
