Senior🎓
Top SchoolChristopher Teixeira is a Staff Data Scientist with 11+ years applying operations research, statistics, and data science to federal challenges across multiple FFRDCs. He has led and scaled technical teams at MITRE—running portfolios of 15–40+ projects—while also integrating product-minded processes (e.g., Salesforce) to tie consulting work to measurable business value. Comfortable as both an individual contributor and a technical leader, he builds innovative analytical solutions and translates trade-offs for diverse stakeholders across HHS and other agencies. His background combines an MS in Operations Research with hands-on experience in Python, R, SAS, optimization, NLP, and big-data engineering. Based in Greater Boston, he’s known for mentoring technical talent and designing hiring pipelines that strengthen team capability as projects grow. Less obvious: he blends rigorous operations research thinking with practical program and proposal management to consistently win and deliver complex, budget- and timeline-constrained engagements.
