Top SchoolChuck Rice is a product design leader with 11+ years of experience building design systems and bridging design and engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes. Currently shaping design-system-led developer experience at PortSwigger (and previously scaling multi-brand systems at Moonpig), he combines a systems mindset with data-driven metrics and A/B experimentation to improve velocity, consistency, and conversion. Comfortable shipping code as well as craft, he has implemented design tokens, React/React Native components, Storybook integrations, and internal GPT-powered tooling to accelerate teams. He’s experienced across startups and enterprises—from YC-backed Anima to Jaguar Land Rover—bringing a pragmatic, collaborative style that reduces design waste and raises delivery quality.
