Top SchoolChun Hsiung is a seasoned software engineer with 13 years of experience building mobile and AR/VR platforms, currently working on Meta’s wearable developer platform in London. He has a strong Android pedigree from multi-year roles at Facebook/Meta where he shipped end-to-end encrypted messaging features and improved messaging performance, and earlier led Android teams and released multiple camera and AR apps at PicCollage. Comfortable moving between hands-on engineering and people leadership, he has managed teams, driven mobile architecture discussions, and launched consumer AR experiences to app stores. His background in electrical engineering and early work on mobile game platforms gives him a deep systems understanding that informs both performance tuning and device integration. An AR/VR enthusiast, he blends creator-focused tooling experience (Spark AR Studio) with production-grade mobile engineering for scale. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic about shipping product-driven solutions while staying curious about how new tech reshapes user behavior.
