Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolClarence Liu is a seasoned technical advisor and former CTO with 11 years of experience architecting blockchain-enabled systems, Web3 APIs, and scalable backend services. He transitioned from Silicon Valley full‑stack engineering into blockchain leadership roles at Elastos, Opulous, Owl Protocol and several startups, blending hands‑on JavaScript development with systems design for decentralized networks and IoT. Clarence excels at translating crypto and smart‑contract primitives into practical products—helping music finance platforms, Web3 APIs, and network OS projects adopt secure, production-ready architectures. He is equally comfortable coding, leading engineering teams, and advising founders on technical strategy, drawing on a background that spans payments, ETL, and cloud-native operations. An advocate for interoperable digital assets, he pairs a BSc in Computer Science with a pragmatic focus on adoption and integration rather than bleeding‑edge hype.
