Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolCláudio Medeiros is a founder and CEO with 16 years of entrepreneurial and operational experience building customer-facing businesses in Rio de Janeiro, from scaling a finance-education startup to launching DeskRio, an omnichannel customer communication platform. Trained in Business Administration at Ibmec and shaped early by international exposure in Oxford, he combines product-minded leadership with hands-on technical familiarity (JS/TS, Node, Vue/Nuxt, NestJS) to bridge engineering and commercial teams. He has a track record of transforming organizational culture and brand positioning—most notably elevating his university finance league and driving Proseek from a four-person team to multimillion BRL revenue. Comfortable in fast-moving startups, he focuses on customer experience, operational scaling, and creating opportunities for people whose ambitions outpace their incomes. Less obvious: he began building teams and publications as a teen (founding a school newspaper and a new Model OAS committee), reflecting a long-standing drive to create communities and platforms that amplify others.
