Summary
🎓
Top SchoolCleiton Kiper is a Senior FullStack Developer based in São Paulo with a 5–7 year track record building high-performance, low-latency systems for B2B finance. He blends frontend leadership—migrating large React apps to optimized Webpack builds, designing microfrontend architectures with Module Federation and web-components—with backend work in Go for scalable middleware. Comfortable across the stack, he has driven architectural patterns, developer experience improvements, and CI/CD migrations while collaborating closely with DevOps and backend teams. Notably, he moved a critical trading platform from CRA to a bespoke build system and helped standardize project patterns adopted company-wide. Fluent in TypeScript, React, Node.js and Golang, he brings a pragmatic focus on performance and maintainability to complex, latency-sensitive products.
