Top SchoolClement Hugbo is a Senior Product Designer based in San Francisco with eight years of experience building human-centered products across web3, fintech, and developer tools. He currently designs AI-driven agents at CodeRabbit that halve PR review time and bug rates, and has a track record of shipping high-impact product and design systems that enabled over $110M TPV and 37K wallets at Blockradar. As a founder of multiple studios and communities—Web3D Media, Blocasset, Crevatal, DesignersDAO—he blends creative direction, motion/video production, and product strategy to make complex blockchain experiences accessible. His work spans end-to-end execution from interaction design and usability testing to brand systems and go-to-market assets, with notable wins like hackathon-winning DeFi products and viral video productions. Holding a Master's in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Hult, Clement pairs academic rigor with a hands-on builder mindset and a penchant for creating tools that let other creators and developers scale. An understated strength: he frequently acts as the bridge between designers, engineers, and growth teams, turning ambitious technical products into usable, revenue-driving experiences.
