Top SchoolCody Van De Mark is a Senior Software Engineer with 14 years of experience building full-stack web and game-engine systems, currently shaping security and infrastructure for Microsoft’s Business and Industry Copilots across Teams and Outlook. He blends C#, Unity/Unreal game-engine expertise with React/TypeScript/Node backend work, having shipped augmented reality and multiplayer networked games on iOS, Android and Steam. Cody’s background in Human–Computer Interaction and seven years teaching university courses in game design and full-stack development gives him a strong UX-aware engineering perspective. He’s repeatedly led cross-product integrations—most notably Office integrations with Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Deal Manager—while solving large-scale architectural challenges. Based in Bellevue, WA, he pairs hands-on coding with security-first thinking, a blend rooted in early secure-software roles at Lockheed Martin and consulting.
