Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolColin Maudry is an independent consultant, developer and CEO with 11 years of experience specializing in open data, data modeling and publication—especially around public procurement and open contracting. He designs strategy and technical pipelines that break silos and publish heterogeneous data (including Linked Data/W3C graphs), and builds proof-of-concept web apps and dashboards that turn published APIs into actionable insights. He has supported high-impact public sector projects across France, Brazil, Senegal and Tunisia, and collaborates with Etalab, the Open Contracting Partnership and national ministries. Equally comfortable with policy-facing strategy and hands-on engineering, he founded Colmo to deliver socially and economically impactful data products like decp.info. Fluent in both data standards and practical tooling (Airflow, Plotly Dash, Metabase), he brings a rare blend of documentation-background rigor and data-engineering pragmatism.
