Top SchoolCollin Kallery is a Senior Software Engineer in San Francisco who blends clinical training in behavioral risk assessment with six years building enterprise systems for highly regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, financial services, and government. He specializes in Salesforce architecture and Apex/LWC development, having designed large-scale territory management, state management platforms, and Experience Cloud portals that handle complex data and workflows at scale. Collin approaches engineering as investigative work—sifting evidence, isolating signals, and finding root causes—which stems from his background running behavioral evaluations and crisis de-escalation programs. He’s particularly focused on the intersection of policy, risk, and technology, translating ambiguous requirements into technical and operational controls and the documentation teams need to scale. Lately he’s been deepening expertise in LLM evaluation methodology, enterprise AI capabilities, and AI safety tooling, bringing a human-centered lens to emerging AI risks.
