Top SchoolColm Doyle is a Senior Engineering Manager with 11 years of experience building developer-first tooling and teams across Personio, Intercom, and Slack. He currently leads Kotlin and Frontend Developer Experience at Personio, driving initiatives that make engineers more productive at scale. At Intercom he launched Intercom Phone, a beta that attracted 5,000+ customers pre-launch, and at Slack he slashed developer onboarding time from 45 minutes to five through better learning materials and tooling. Colm blends hands-on product engineering (iOS and platform experience from early Facebook roles) with strategic leadership in developer relations, recruiting diverse high-performing teams and coordinating cross-functional beta programs. He’s pragmatic about measuring developer productivity, and has turned internal tools and documentation into patent-backed products and measurable business outcomes.
