Senior🎓
Top SchoolConnor Wilson is a Software Development Manager with 11 years of experience leading full-stack teams to build scalable, mission-driven products across education, travel fintech, and health tech. He pairs hands-on frontend architecture and product work with people-first management—hiring and mentoring hundreds of interns and engineers, introducing leveling and 360 feedback systems, and achieving strong retention. At Coursera he drove GenAI prototypes into production, launched a GPT-powered learning assistant, and managed vendor spend and design system adoption; at Hopper and League he built new hiring processes and high-impact user-facing products. Comfortable stepping into product and design roles when needed, he brings a bias for rapid experimentation, accessible design, and measurable business outcomes. Based in Old Toronto, he combines startup agility with enterprise-grade program delivery and a knack for turning recruitment and training into long-term engineering capacity.
