Top SchoolConstantina Scoullis is an operations-focused software engineer and technical consultant with 11 years of experience blending front-end development, QA, and product-focused operations from New York. She has shipped accessibility-forward React and TypeScript interfaces at Cisco, built QA strategies that caught dozens of critical bugs, and led UI testing and automation efforts that improved reliability and reduced troubleshooting time. As a freelance web developer she redesigned sites across diverse industries, driving measurable engagement and conversion gains, and she applies the same hands-on, metrics-oriented approach in her current operations and consulting role. She also tutors middle schoolers in math and web development using a project-based curriculum she developed, reflecting a knack for translating complex technical concepts into practical learning. Notably, her background in theater arts informs strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills that help bridge engineering, product, and nontechnical teams.
