Top SchoolCornel Ghita is a Senior Java Consultant based in Bucharest with over 20 years of hands-on software development and leadership experience, specializing in enterprise systems for finance, insurance, CRM and trading. He blends deep Java expertise (from Java 1.4 to 21) and modern frameworks like Spring, Quarkus and Kafka with practical architectures for ETL, stream processing and microservices, often as team or tech lead. Cornel has a strong track record of driving delivery and quality—introducing DDD, TDD, CI/CD and code review practices across cross-cultural teams and mentoring developers as a trainer. He excels at migrating legacy document and payments systems to Spring Boot-based architectures and at building performant data pipelines using Spring Batch, Camel and Kafka. Comfortable across SQL and NoSQL stores, cloud (AWS, Kubernetes) and diverse tooling, he combines pragmatic engineering with business-focused outcomes informed by a master’s in AI and business administration.
