Top SchoolCory Althoff is a founder, author, and product marketer with 11 years of experience building businesses and content that scale; his books The Self-Taught Programmer and The Self-Taught Computer Scientist have sold 200,000+ copies in eight languages without a traditional publisher. He grew CompTIA’s data products revenue fivefold in a year and led global go-to-market and demand forecasting for a 15-person ops team, blending technical fluency with commercial rigor. Cory built a profitable media and education business with a course of 175,000+ students and a blog reaching 100,000+ annual readers, and helped launch a #1 podcast that drove over a billion social views. Now based in Los Angeles, he runs Hard Stop, a marketing agency focused on making content that actually gets seen, and is writing The Self-Taught Marketer to codify his growth playbook. An MBA from USC Marshall complements his developer roots at eBay and Thuuz, giving him a rare mix of engineering, storytelling, and GTM leadership.
