Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolCourtney Caldwell is a curious and analytically driven software engineer with eight years of experience building automation, tooling, and distributed systems for finance and research environments. Currently a Senior Associate at Arrowstreet Capital, she previously designed and deployed rapid global configuration and monitoring updates for 400+ systems across dozens of data centers, and contributed to Ceph storage work at Red Hat. Comfortable across software development, network engineering, and systems administration, she excels at turning prototypes into sustainable production processes and mentoring others along the way. A lifelong learner with academic roots in computer science and the philosophy/history of math and science, she pairs technical rigor (and occasional C code) with eclectic interests—from zoology to physics—that inform pragmatic, creative problem solving.
