Senior🎓
Top SchoolCraig Jolley is an AI policy and governance consultant with over a decade of U.S. government experience translating frontier AI risks into actionable strategy and programs. With a Ph.D. in physics and earlier ML research in bioinformatics and structural biology, he bridges deep technical expertise and high-level policy—having led USAID contributions to national AI executive actions and drafted agency digital policy. He builds practical AI tools (including RAG systems and LLM-based prototypes), designs training for global audiences, and has delivered capacity building to 800+ staff and partners. Craig advises multilateral organizations and governments on responsible AI integration in development, digital infrastructure, and bio/cybersecurity intersections. Currently consulting for the World Bank and serving as a senior fellow at an AI policy institute, he thrives in cross-functional teams that align technical implementation with international standards and diplomatic priorities. A less obvious strength is his track record of turning complex scientific modeling skills into accessible policy products and visualization tools for non-technical stakeholders.
