Top SchoolCraig Snowden is a seasoned software and DevOps engineer with 13 years’ experience building resilient systems across retail, finance, and logistics, currently leading Kitchen and EPOS technology at Nando’s UK & IRE. He blends hands-on DevOps practice with product-focused engineering—previously shaping labour management and forecasting solutions and leading DevOps at PODFather—so he understands both operational reliability and business impact. Comfortable in startups and large enterprises, he has shipped backend and infrastructure work ranging from Rails/Neo4j spatial services to cloud-native deployments at Lloyds and Fortinet. Based in Edinburgh, he brings a practical systems mindset rooted in his Computer Science degree and early venue IT/phone-network work, which gives him a knack for making mission-critical systems simple and supportable.
