Senior🎓
Top SchoolCristian Arcaroli is a backend-focused software engineer and co-founder with 10 years of experience building scalable, event-driven systems for startups and large enterprises across London and beyond. He has a strong track record in Scala, Akka, Kafka, Flink and AWS, having led migrations, designed ingestion pipelines for high-throughput workloads and introduced serverless and containerized architectures at companies like Amazon and Intuit. As a business owner he brings pragmatic, no-nonsense communication and a constant eye on waste and operational efficiency, often owning both development and infrastructure (AWS CDK, Terraform, Kubernetes/ArgoCD). He excels in turning complex requirements into reliable production services, mentoring teams on functional programming and code quality along the way. Unusually for a senior engineer, he pairs deep technical breadth with hands-on entrepreneurship from running a consumer business since 2017.
