Senior🎓
Top SchoolCristiano Faustino is a Senior Software Developer with 12 years of cross-industry experience building full-stack and platform tooling from Victoria, BC. He ships API-first systems and developer tooling using a diverse stack—Grails/Groovy, Go, Kotlin, Java, TypeScript/React, Python—and operates CI/CD and cloud platforms on AWS and Kubernetes. At Giftbit he spans frontend, backend and platform responsibilities while leading architecture and feature design; previously he helped game teams at EA by abstracting Kubernetes for multi-cloud game services. He has strong microservices and API design chops demonstrated by migrating monoliths to multi-tenant architectures and creating reusable microservice patterns and libraries. Comfortable moving between hands-on coding and technical leadership, he pairs pragmatic engineering with operational awareness from SRE-style work. A curious learner, he recently added data science capabilities through UBC coursework to broaden how he designs data-driven features.
