Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolCrystal W is a seasoned Business Analyst with nine years at WM and a long track record in environmental services and food manufacturing, specializing in data intelligence and operational reporting. She turns disparate mainframe and cloud data sources (Netezza, AS/400/MAS, Snowflake) into automated Power BI dashboards and actionable insights that reduce manual work and prevent revenue leakage. Comfortable across SQL, Access, Excel, programming and Microsoft Power Platform, she has led acquisition data integrations, pilot testing, divestitures, and embedded reporting into collaboration tools like Teams. Her work spans hands-on ETL and scripting (CL/PL on AS/400, VBA) to modern analytics stacks, making her effective at both legacy system migration and modern BI delivery. Based in the Detroit area, she pairs technical depth with business-minded communication—building forms, flows and channels to streamline cross-functional processes. A detail often unseen: she has repeatedly converted manual, paper-based workflows into automated, auditable systems that save time and tighten controls.
