Senior🎓
Top SchoolCurtis Bratton is an SDE III based in the Greater Seattle Area with 11 years of experience designing and optimizing backend systems and Java web applications. He has a strong track record building and integrating WebServices across heterogeneous stacks (Java and .NET), and has deep expertise in multi-factor authentication, LDAP, and enterprise middleware. At Amazon he progressed from SDE II to SDE III, and previously led architecture and rollout efforts at Diebold and KeyBank, including acting as Splunk SME and administrator. Curtis combines hands-on coding in Java and C# with systems-level thinking around performance, provisioning, and secure single sign-on. He enjoys tackling difficult problems and is particularly focused on planning resilient, maintainable application architectures. An under-the-radar strength is his operational experience—configuration management (Puppet), Splunk app development, and production troubleshooting—that complements his design work.
