Top SchoolCurtis Herbert is a founder and seasoned software engineer with 15 years of experience building consumer and enterprise applications from the ground up. He created Slopes, an Apple Design Award-winning winter sports app, growing it from a hobby project into the category's top mobile product while handling design, mobile and web development, and company leadership. Prior to Slopes he ran a consultancy that shipped a dozen apps, managed web systems processing millions in transactions, and provided senior technical audits and training. His earlier career included technical leadership at Lockheed Martin, where he delivered enterprise J2EE and .NET systems and built an internal code-review tool adopted across teams. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Curtis blends hands-on coding with product intuition and an appetite for practical engineering solutions. Outside work he’s a snowboarder and maker, which informs the user-focused design of his products.
