Senior🎓
Top SchoolCurtis Wahlfeld is a pragmatic Principal Engineer based in Sydney with nine years of experience building cloud-native platforms and leading engineering teams. He led the creation of 10x Console, a serverless control plane that cut environment provisioning from six weeks to six hours and delivered hundreds of thousands in annual cost savings through automation and daily infrastructure testing. Curtis combines hands‑on delivery (Terraform, Kubernetes, serverless patterns) with clear engineering principles that prevent over‑engineering and reduce operational overhead. His background spans cloud migrations, platform product management and DevOps consulting for large telcos and banks, giving him a rare blend of technical depth and customer-focused delivery. Colleagues describe him as outcome-focused and adaptive—someone who measures success by tangible improvements to developer velocity and cost.
