Top SchoolDafné Mendoza is a Principal Product Manager specializing in network automation and event-driven Ansible, with nine years of experience translating field engineering expertise into global product strategy at Red Hat. Her background spans technical marketing, professional services, and hands-on network and systems engineering across telco, enterprise, and service provider environments, enabling her to bridge customer needs with engineering delivery. She has led adoption and technical enablement for complex automation stacks—deploying solutions like Ansible Tower, Cisco NSO, DNA Center, WAE and multiple Prime suites—while using Agile and DevNet practices to accelerate value realization. Trained in strategic IT leadership at Harvard Business School and with a master’s in IT strategy, she combines technical depth (Python, OSS/BSS, ITIL, SCRUM) with market-facing storytelling to align partners and product messaging. Notably, her career blends early ground-level roles (datacenter, WAN, and edge operations) with strategic product leadership, giving her a rare end-to-end perspective on automation adoption.
