Top SchoolDainel Vera is a senior full-stack software engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience building backend systems, DevOps pipelines, and scalable web platforms. He has co-founded multiple startups—including a Bitcoin wallet and a Bitcoin ATM SaaS that grew to 2,700 machines—and consistently bridges product, infrastructure, and cost-optimization goals. Recently focused on consulting and helping startups reduce cloud spend, he’s experienced in containerization, large-scale deployments, and extracting business insights from legacy data stores. Now at IGN Entertainment, he continues to apply his mix of entrepreneurial grit and systems-level engineering to deliver reliable, secure production systems. Colleagues know him for pragmatic architecture decisions and an eye for extracting value from messy, real-world platforms.
