Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolDale Bracey is a hands-on technical and facilities director with 12 years of broad technology and maker experience, currently leading technical operations for the San Antonio Philharmonic. He blends enterprise cloud and data center know-how from a long tenure at Rackspace with entrepreneurial product-building—running fabrication and prototyping services through dlbWerks and event/entertainment operations via dlbEventWerks. Dale has led innovation and technology teams at museums and startups, helping translate creative exhibits and product ideas into production-ready solutions. Comfortable across hardware, Linux, OpenStack, AV, and fabrication tools (laser, 3D printing), he is equally at home troubleshooting a server cluster or fabricating a custom prop. Colleagues describe him as a connector who not only knows answers but knows the right people to get them, a skill sharpened by years of community-building with DoLab/CANopener Labs. Based in San Antonio, he brings a practical mix of technical depth, creative fabrication, and event-focused delivery.
