Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolDamian Wilkołek is a Lead Full Stack Developer based in Krakow with 11 years of hands-on experience building Java and TypeScript applications using Spring and Angular. He has progressed from PHP and Java roles into leading teams at TechnipFMC, where he drives technical decisions for reporting and deliverables-tracking systems with strong emphasis on permissions, auditability and data synchronization. Comfortable across back-end services and front-end UX, he pairs pragmatic engineering—dependency upgrades, incremental improvements and robust testing—with product-focused delivery. His background includes work at H2O.ai and enterprise-scale Java projects, reflecting a mix of data-aware engineering and system-level security awareness from his industrial informatics studies. Less obvious: he blends early low-level ops experience (networking, firmware) with modern full-stack leadership, making him effective at both implementation details and architectural trade-offs.
