Senior🎓
Top SchoolDamien Tailhades is a seasoned front-end developer and accessibility advocate based in Paris with 11 years of experience building user-focused web products for streaming platforms and startups. He has led front-end rebuilds using Nuxt.js and created design systems and Storybook libraries that improved UX consistency and delivery while boosting SEO and Core Web Vitals—one initiative increased daily Google impressions by over 500%. At Nextory and Youboox he owned acquisition funnels, web readers and large-scale accessibility audits (covering ~85% of pages) driving WCAG 2.1 AA compliance through Axe-based testing and JIRA-driven sprints. Equally comfortable advising designers on feasibility and mentoring cross-cultural teams, Damien combines a background in motion/UI design with formal certifications in web quality (Opquast) and full-stack web development. A practical product thinker, he often works at the intersection of performance, SEO and accessibility to turn design ambitions into measurable user and business gains.
