Top SchoolDan Gartman is a pragmatic CTO and engineering leader with 9 years of experience building production AI, blockchain and distributed systems from London. He combines deep mathematical thinking and hands-on development—leading teams to deploy TensorFlow-based ad classifiers, event-driven services, and Ethereum smart-contract auctions while shipping Go and React microservices. Earlier roles at Amazon AI and as Head of IT honed his expertise in scalable ML for speech and content ranking, and in operationalizing models into customer-facing products. Dan has a strong product orientation—implementing SSO, token crowdsales and Ether payment integrations that directly increased revenue and client trust. Known as a fast learner and problem-pusher, he pairs research-grade curiosity with practical engineering discipline. A sci-fi fan who began as a sysadmin and self-employed developer, he brings breadth across networking, VOIP, and full-stack system design.
