A Ruby and JavaScript specialist, he has led engineering and frontend efforts at startups and mission-driven orgs like BackerKit, TINT, Comfy, and Recidiviz, driving product launches, UI overhauls, and reliability improvements. He excels at translating complex problems into simple, accessible interfaces and has a strong track record implementing CI/CD, scaling multi-tenant Rails/React platforms, and improving test suites and accessibility compliance.
