Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolDan Murphy is an accomplished sales and training leader with over four decades of corporate experience and a decade explicitly in senior roles across Wireless and SaaS/telematics organizations. He has built and scaled international sales learning functions—growing a training team from 3 to 29—and driven measurable improvements in ramp time, rep productivity, and retention. As a former GM and VP, he has led large B2B, agent, corporate and government sales organizations, repeatedly rebuilding cultures to deliver results. Known for a continual student mentality, he emphasizes relationship-driven leadership and unlocking individual motivators to push people beyond comfort while staying in their strengths. Now intentionally stepping back after a long executive career in Chicago/St. Charles, he continues to advise and develop others with a service-minded approach. A practical operator who blends frontline sales management with strategic learning design, he delivers ROI through people development as much as process.
