Top SchoolDan Nguyen is a pragmatic Software Engineer 3 based in San Jose with 11 years of experience building scalable, production-grade systems using Python and Java. He has hands-on experience modernizing monoliths into microservices at Tata and driving reliability at scale at Walmart and Apple, including a self-designed Stale Branch Pruner that cleaned thousands of branches across multiple repos and an on-call role managing billion-item data flows. Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, he combines strong automation skills (APIs, CI/CD, Docker) with observability and operational experience to reduce toil and improve deployment safety.
