He combines hands-on full-stack development with a strong background in marketing technology and analytics, having managed large ad budgets, tracked conversion data, and led web strategy for higher-education and public-facing sites. Dan’s career blends technical depth—years as a senior web developer and full stack app builder—with entrepreneurial creativity from co-founding and scaling Sea Tea Improv into a multi-venue theater, school, and festival. He is adept at translating user and business needs into measurable web improvements, integrating multimedia and third-party data sources, and mentoring small teams.
