Senior🎓
Top SchoolDani Macho is an enterprise data and platform architect with 30+ years in software engineering and two decades leading global teams across Siemens, Nestlé and Xerox, now focused on making platforms AI‑enabled and composable. He combines hands‑on architecture and product ownership—shaping openness, API/event strategies and EU Data Act responsibilities—with a track record of driving large digital transformations and platform monetization. Dani excels at aligning distributed engineering, security-by-design and product roadmaps to deliver scalable, governed data and integration ecosystems spanning IT and OT. He has repeatedly translated regulatory and business needs into technical advantage, designing agent- and AI-ready openness capabilities and reusable components. Comfortable at both tactical delivery and executive strategy, he also brings a curious mix of formal engineering and business studies that help bridge technical teams and stakeholders. Based in Barcelona, he’s known for building high‑performing teams and turning complex enterprise constraints into pragmatic, auditable solutions.
