Top SchoolDaniel Amaral is a product and solutions leader with 11 years of experience building AI-driven customer experiences for retail, currently heading Solution Engineering for the VTEX CX Platform after leading Weni by VTEX through acquisition. He designs opinionated Auto-pilot and Co-pilot architectures that blend generative AI agents with human supervision to scale conversational support and improve business outcomes for retailers. His background combines product leadership, finance (former CFO at Weni), and hands-on engineering roots from early development roles, enabling him to bridge strategy, tech and operations. Based in Alagoas, Brazil, he has a track record of launching pragmatic automation that prioritizes measurable value over tech-for-tech’s-sake. Colleagues describe him as equally comfortable sketching system designs and driving cross-functional adoption across commerce ecosystems.
