Top SchoolDaniel Brunsdon is a product-minded DevRel and customer success leader based in Denver with three years of focused experience scaling developer platforms and community programs. He led Passport’s dramatic growth—expanding campaigns 2000% and growing users to 1.8 million—while owning DevRel, product versioning, API work, and new product launches like Passport Embeds. Daniel combines hands-on technical onboarding and partner integrations with marketing, support optimization, and metrics-driven program design to keep developer and commercial goals aligned. His background includes building documentation and developer enablement programs at Twitter that improved satisfaction and reduced content creation time, and running a DevRel consultancy to deliver developer docs, support, and integration tooling. He’s comfortable operating across GTM, product, and engineering, and is skilled at turning community feedback into product decisions and measurable growth. A practical generalist, he often bridges gaps between technical implementation and go-to-market strategy during high-growth transitions.
